Say what?
What is a MOMCHO you ask? I’m almost positive that if you stop and think about it, you’ll realize that you know many MOMCHO’s.
A MOMCHO is a mom who manages to overcome the daily challenges of mom-hood through a special combination of superpowers and super-prowess. Despite all odds, a MOMCHO might figure out how to get her kids to eat greens, do their homework, or – gasp – even clean up after themselves. I have a feeling that you might have a lot of MOMCHOS in your community!
Someone that appears a little like this maybe! #BestMessyMomcho ?
Let me fill you in!
Deep River Snacks has just released a new product called HONCHOS. They may look like ordinary Nachos, those delicious Tortilla chips we all enjoy. But here’s the upside… they’re made with organic ingredients, are gluten-free, and GMO-free. How cool is that!?
A healthy, great-tasting substitute for everyday yummy-ness!
What really made me sit up and take notice, was the story behind the product. Jim Goldberg (Founder/CEO), of Deep River Snacks, wanted to not only have a product that was delicious but that also gave back to the community. Why does he “give a chip”, in his own words: “one of my sons is on the autism spectrum, while the other son has Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis and Crohn’s Disease. And, while I can’t develop cures or save lives directly, I can use Deep River Snacks as a platform to raise awareness and funds for the organizations that can.”
There you have it, a food product that hits three important targets: It is tasty, healthy, and gives back to the community! Their featured partners include –
1. Doug Flutie, Jr Foundation for Autism, whose goal is to help families affected by autism live life to the fullest.
2. CKF is dedicated to promoting lifesaving organ & tissue donation and improving the quality of life for those touched by donation.
3. The mission of PSC Partners Seeking a Cure is to provide education and support to PSC patients, families, and caregivers and to raise funds to research causes, treatments, and cures for primary sclerosing cholangitis.
And many more. Click here to have a look!
So with the launch of the new “HONCHO‘s” line, they are hosting a giveaway. All you have to do is nominate someone you believe to be MOMCHO using the #BestMessyMomcho hashtag in the comments below and you could be nominated to enter the final round where you will compete to win a prize valued at $500, including 3 cases of HONCHOS (Please note: USA & Canada residents only).
